History

1985: Founded in Rochester, NY to develop industrial workflow optimization solutions

1999: Entry into healthcare workflow with introduction of Dynamic Hospital™ product division

2006: Entry into clinical trials workflow with introduction of Clinical Conductor™ product division

2008: Dan Kerpelman joins as senior partner and CEO with goal of accelerating growth through infusion of complementary experience

2009: Entered imaging center and specialty practice workflow

2010: Opens European subsidiary, Bio-Optronics Sàrl, based in Nyon, Switzerland


The Clinical Conductor product family provides comprehensive workflow solutions for clinical trials, including investigative sites, academic medical centers, CROs, SMOs, and sponsors, and are used in over 1200 sites around the world.

Hospital bioPoint and Momentum workflow solutions, used in over 50 Veterans’ Administration and other hospitals around the country, include comprehensive scheduling, day-of-care patient tracking, patient wristband and visitor ID, and point-of-care medications administration.

A new suite of bioPoint and Momentum solutions addresses workflow challenges faced by specialty physician practices and imaging centers.
