Clinical Conductor™ CTMS continues to be recognized as the industry’s leading solution
Rochester, NY – January 5, 2012 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. is pleased to announce further increase of demand for Clinical Conductor™ CTMS. The family of clinical trial management systems continues to receive outstanding customer response for both the Site and the Enterprise solution.
Recent customer response indicates that the biggest advantage of Clinical Conductor™ CTMS is its ability to manage finances, forecast financials, facilitate patient recruitment, track regulatory issues, and provide a collaboration and information sharing platform.
Industry professionals often emphasize that managing finances is one of the biggest workflow challenges for their site and that this can be facilitated by Clinical Conductor™ Site CTMS in a very accurate and comprehensive way. The optional software integration with QuickBooks accounting software and other systems, as well as the patient recruitment tools are also some of the features customers identify as promising tools that can significantly help their business.
Potential customers, having received a demonstration of the product, often anticipate the CTMS will lead to faster and more accurate workflows, higher efficiency, productivity, and huge time savings. Established customers keep acknowledging these results after having implemented the software for only a few months.
Clinical Conductor™ Enterprise CTMS, for research sponsors, CROs, SMOs, and all partners, includes the same features like Site CTMS, and is also recognized for these. But in addition, the Enterprise solution comprises expanded tools for enterprise-wide project management, streamlined collaboration, and regulatory tracking, which impresses many organizations with the need for improved collaboration among their clinical research network.
"It has definitely been a benefit to our workflow, by enhancing the transparency of our financial relationship with the site and the sponsor,” said Allison DuBuisson, MS CCRC, Senior Clinical Trial Project Manager with Greenway Medical Technologies’ Research Services. “Specific gains include eliminating questions from sites about our invoices by providing a system for tracking sponsor payments and patient stipends that sites would have had to invent for themselves."
Most of Bio-Optronics’ customers first heard about Clinical Conductor™ through personal connections and word-of-mouth recommendations, which proves the efficacy of the CTMS and its high relevance for successful trial management. Many professionals decided to implement Bio-Optronics’ comprehensive CTMS to eliminate the need for spreadsheets, but there are also about 40% of Clinical Conductor customers, who used a competitor’s CTMS before and switched to Bio-Optronics’ solution. This is one of the reasons Clinical Conductor has distinguished itself as the industry’s leading, most sophisticated CTMS.

Managing Study Finances with Clinical Conductor™ Site CTMS
Rochester, NY – December 20, 2011 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. offers a broad range of financial management tools for clinical research businesses. The comprehensive clinical trial management software, Clinical Conductor™ Site CTMS, includes many features for financial planning, forecasting, tracking, and payment handling.
While working with many research facilities, Bio-Optronics has learned that one of the biggest problems for sites is tracking their finances, knowing what has been paid, what still has a balance due, and what is owed.
The entire process, from negotiating a new contract to tracking payments, is difficult to manage due to many factors. Most clinical studies have very specific, often confusing, contract terms for situations such as screen failed patients and optional procedures. There may be a holdback percentage that is withheld from payments until the end of the trial. Sites also have many costs that they need to track separately from their revenue, such as patient stipends and payments to partners.
The Clinical Conductor CTMS system has helped many research sites track these items as well as many other financial challenges that sites face every day. At the beginning of the process, Clinical Conductor provides tools to quickly forecast how much a study will cost, to ensure that the site can negotiate the best rate with the sponsor. It provides decision support tools to allow the site to determine if the study is a feasible and promising option.
Mike Ellis, Site Director at Pensacola Research Consultants, experiences the impact of these tools on a daily basis. “With Clinical Conductor, I can anticipate much better whether or not a study is feasible from both the financial and staffing perspectives. This helps me manage my resources much more effectively. The system allows me to manage my finances with the click of a button, and makes my business more efficient and streamlined,” states Mike.
During the study, the software also automates the process of tracking expenses, so that sites can see what they owe for patient stipends, provider reimbursements, or payments to outside vendors. Clinical Conductor tracks costs and payments proactively and thus, avoids unpleasant surprises.
It is important for any CTMS to include the flexibility to account for exceptions and changes that sites encounter, while simultaneously maintaining accuracy. Clinical Conductor’s tools provide that flexibility because the system easily learns and remembers. For example, specific contract terms for screen failures or other special statuses can be quickly set up individually. This provides reassurance for sites to make sure they are not overstating their revenue for these special cases; while at the same time, ensuring that they are getting paid for everything by the sponsor.
Clinical Conductor’s comprehensive reporting tools, metrics, and dashboards have helped many sites to recover otherwise lost funds. Sites can also use the reports to investigate reasons why payment in full has not been received. Is there a problem with items that need to be invoiced not being invoiced, so the sponsor doesn’t even realize they owe additional money? Is the site encountering a large number of deviations from the protocol? Is the site recruiting the best patients for the study, and is it using any advertising money wisely?
Every site knows that making sure their finances are in order is key to their business being successful. A progressive CTMS that tracks both the finances and the reasons behind them is instrumental in peace of mind that the financial house is in order. Clinical Conductor enables accurate and efficient financial management in real time helping sites to eliminate paperwork and save time.

Bio-Optronics, Inc. launches a new Multi-Dimensional Imaging Lab workflow solution at RSNA 2011
Rochester, NY – Nov 27, 2011 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. has developed an innovative workflow solution for imaging laboratories facilitating multi-dimensional image processing management and productivity tracking. Momentum™ Multi-D Velocity will be featured at Bio-Optronics’ booth #8608 at RSNA 2011 in Chicago, November 27 – December 2, 2011.
It is not a coincidence that Bio-Optronics chose the name Multi-D Velocity for its new radiology workflow solution. The name reveals much of the software’s impact on imaging laboratory workflows. Providing documentation, status tracking, reporting, and quality control, Momentum Multi-D Velocity accelerates image post-processing and makes the entire lab business more efficient and productive.
Via a web portal the hosted solution can be securely accessed by all technologists, supervisors and administrators involved in imaging. This enables streamlined document management, real-time status tracking, better quality control as well as accuracy leading to productive business performance and improved outcomes. Moreover, the software automatically creates work lists and tracks status visualized through statistics and dashboards, which leads to reduced paperwork and eliminates the need for spreadsheets. Time savings and ensured availability of resources for high class patient care will be the result.
“The main motivation for implementing the software was the facilitation of our 3D processing workflow and tracking productivity. Our central RIS does not track the 3D portion of each exam, just the scanning, so we needed a system for tracking the volume of 3D work we are doing. Momentum Multi-D Velocity facilitates this task. The dashboard contains all the reports, including number and types of exams that were processed, duration of processing for each exam, and the technologist who completed the work. The layout and prioritization of our work list will help to streamline the processing of images. The system helps with our monthly and annual productivity and quality assurance reports and helps technologists to feel more organized. Importing exam data through our new HL7 interface instead of manual data entry will be a huge time saving for us,” states Laura Pierce, MPA, RT (CT), Administrative Director of Multi-Dimensional Imaging at Duke Radiology.
Imaging lab professionals employed at Duke Radiology participated in the development of Bio-Optronics’ new software to bring in expertise and help tailoring the product towards the industry needs. Consequently, Momentum Multi-D Velocity has high potential becoming an impactful solution for any laboratory dealing with radiology image processing.
The software will be first demonstrated at Bio-Optronics’ booth #8608 at RSNA 2011 in Chicago, November 27 – December 2, 2011.

“Clinical trials entail complex workflow. With that, there is a need for interaction and for quick, efficient communication and exchange of information among organizations sponsoring, coordinating and executing trials.” (Durkin & Ellis, 2011, p. 25 Read article) Today’s clinical trials are getting more extensive and involve many active partners. Therefore, accurate data management, information sharing and well-organized study coordination become crucial elements – even for a single investigative site.
Bio-Optronics confronts these challenges with sophisticated Clinical Trial Management Systems for research sites, CROs and sponsors.
Clinical Conductor™ Site CTMS continues to distinguish itself as the leading clinical trial management system for research sites with users voting the company a “trusted supplier”. Since Clinical Conductor’s launch in 2007, it has been steadily evolving pursuant to industry needs and is now being recognized and adopted internationally. The software provides tools to accelerate and streamline recruitment, financial management, scheduling, data management, communication, and more.

Bio-Optronics to Feature Unique Radiology Staff Scheduling Software at Radiology and Imaging Conference
Rochester, NY – April 26, 2011 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. will feature its unique radiology staff scheduling software, Momentum™ Radiology Department Staff Scheduler, at this year's Radiology & Imaging Conference. The event takes place May 4 to May 6 in San Antonio, TX.
Momentum is the only intuitive, automated radiology staff scheduling software capable of ensuring equitable physician/staff and patient scheduling, taking business demand, practice policy, and individual preferences into consideration during the scheduling process. Unique to the radiology industry, Momentum ensures assignments are distributed evenly amongst all doctors and staff, taking holidays, vacation requests and development or training days, and individual job functions into consideration.
"What separates Momentum from other automated staff scheduling tools is our unique algorithm," said Maria Durkin, VP & Director of Marketing and Operations at Bio-Optronics. "The back-end rules engine is more comprehensive and powerful than any competitive product. After our extensive scheduling documentation and encoding process is complete, customers have a complete, rules-based scheduling software system that simplifies request processing and produces equitable schedules in minutes."
Several new features for Momentum have been released over the past months, all aimed at improving ease-of-use and productivity for existing customers. These include customization options to the look and feel of the user interface, the ability to highlight manual changes to the schedule as a way to draw heightened attention to them, and a new area for managing change requests.
"As the administrator of a Radiology department, I have to publish a monthly schedule for the technicians. Needless to say, assigning 11 people to 6 jobs with a regular rotation, while taking vacations and training needs into account, is quite a riddle," said Bruno Parreira, head of Radiology Services at Clinique Cecil in Lausanne, Switzerland. "Once our scheduling guidelines were correctly defined in Momentum, I was able to publish a more extended schedule, in less time, with better equity."

Bio-Optronics to Continue Showcasing its Industry-Leading CTMS Software this Month
Rochester, NY – April 13, 2011 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. will showcase its industry-leading clinical trial management system (CTMS) products at this year's American Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Global Conference Exhibition. The event takes place April 30 to May 3 in Seattle, WA. Bio-Optronics will occupy booth #203.
Led by the growth of its CTMS products, Bio-Optronics achieved a 73% increase in orders in 2010 compared with 2009, leading to similar progress in revenue and profitability. “Business accelerated in North America, and our efforts in European expansion began to pay off,” stated CEO Dan Kerpelman. “We expect our growth to accelerate further in 2011, driven by new and enhanced products, ongoing geographical expansion, emerging business partnerships, and our commitment to existing customers. Our Clinical Conductor CTMS solutions continue to penetrate the marketplace, with double-digit growth continuing in this year’s first quarter,” he adds.
Many of Bio-Optronics’ new customers in 2010 purchased Clinical Conductor Site CTMS, which continued its double-digit growth in this year’s first quarter when compared to the first quarter of 2010. The most comprehensive, intelligent system for clinical trial management, the software is designed to meet industry and customer demands and provides a number of benefits for trial sites, including, automated financial processing and analysis, streamlined scheduling, a searchable patient database, and complete visibility of trial status and performance through one program.
Several new features have been added to Site CTMS over the past months, all designed to fulfill specific customer needs. One of these features is the Greenphire ClinCard Payment Module. Integrated seamlessly with Site CTMS, this feature automates the patient stipend payment process for clinical sites, decreasing administrative costs and the time required to process stipend reimbursements. The ClinCard Payment Module also increases patient retention with messages that help keep patients engaged between site visits.
An additional new feature to Site CTMS is the call-center. Designed for trial sites with high call volume, this feature is a completely integrated add-on that makes it easier to manage the patient recruitment process through enhanced tracking and history of inbound and outbound calls. It allows trial sites to save valuable time performing administrative work related to the recruitment process while providing higher quality recruitment statistics to contract research organizations (CROs) and sponsors.
Bio-Optronics also will be showcasing Clinical Conductor Enterprise CTMS, the industry’s most collaborative clinical trial management system. This clinical research solution is the first and only portfolio-wide CTMS for sponsors, CROs, SMOs, and Core Labs, and enhances visibility, collaboration, and workflow across the entire trial network. Ellis, President and CEO of Research Dynamics Consulting Group. She adds, “having immediate access to the same information has also improved our project team meetings with sponsors.” In addition to the ability to review overall study performance, Enterprise CTMS provides the ability to analyze individual studies and sites. Beyond analysis, configurable milestones and automated notifications draw attention to things that are falling behind, enabling proactive action. Additionally, performance analytics enable the best site and partner selection for future studies.

Bio-Optronics to Showcase Its CTMS Software at two Industry Events
Rochester, NY – March 23, 2011 – Bio-Optronics, Inc. will be exhibiting its line of clinical trial management system (CTMS) software at two industry events this month. The first event, CBI's 4th Annual Forum on Clinical Trial Management Systems in Philadelphia, PA, will take place March 24 to March 25. The second event is the Drug Information Association (DIA) EuroMeeting in Geneva, Switzerland, taking place March 28 to March 30.
"We are excited to showcase our clinical trial management software to the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries at CBI and DIA," said Dan Kerpelman, CEO at Bio-Optronics. "After establishing industry leadership with the Clinical Conductor Site CTMS system, we are showcasing our Clinical Conductor Enterprise CTMS to industry leaders at these two events. Together, these solutions provide unique differentiators for our customers, and are the most comprehensive, powerful tools for clinical trial management on the market today."
Site CTMS is the world's most intelligent system for clinical trial management. Built to meet specific industry and customer demands, this easy-to-use solution produces a series of benefits for trial sites, including a searchable patient database, automated financial processing and analysis, streamlined scheduling, and complete visibility of trial status and performance through one program.
"We initially selected Site CTMS because the pricing model made the system available for everyone in our organization that needed it," said Victor Homick, Chief Information Officer at the Clinical Research Center of Nevada. "But what we like the most about Site CTMS today is the flexibility to input as much or as little detail as we want. Competitive systems don't normally afford sites that same freedom."
Enterprise CTMS is the world's most collaborative clinical trial management system. It is the first and only portfolio-wide CTMS that provides for the unique needs of both the sponsor and CRO, giving both parties the opportunity for better, quicker decision making, while providing all trial players with a more cohesive environment in which to conduct their work and increased accountability. Along with the ability to review individual study and site performance, Enterprise CTMS provides the ability to analyze all studies and sites in a sponsor or CRO's portfolio.
“The ability of Enterprise CTMS to share information through portals for investigator sites and sponsors allows real-time information and document sharing," said Lorraine Ellis, President/CEO at Research Dynamics Consulting Group, Ltd. "This reduces the communication time and effort that CROs must expend to keep everyone informed during the trial. We have experienced a significant decrease in report preparation time due to the 24/7 availability of information for all clinical team members given to us by this system.”
CBI's 4th Annual Forum on Clinical Trial Management Systems features workshops and presentations on adopting, integrating, and managing different CTMS solutions. The DIA EuroMeeting brings together over 3,000 professionals from around the world, spanning the entire biopharmaceutical industry, to discuss emerging themes in drug development science.

Momentum™ automated physician and staff scheduling software saving time and improving productivity – order backlog growing
Rochester, NY (Bio-Optronics) June 29, 2010 – Bio-Optronics, Inc., a leader in healthcare workflow software, has designed a physician and staff scheduling system to help healthcare professionals save time out of their busy days to set up staffing schedules so their workforce can dedicate more time to helping patients and less to manually going through complicated permutations. So far, more than a dozen companies are using it internationally.
“We have customers in five countries spanning two medical specialties,” said Dan Kerpelman, CEO and President of Bio-Optronics, Inc. “and the order backlog is growing as the product proves itself in the installed base, which includes imaging centers, radiology departments, and ob/gyn practices.”
The only physician and staff scheduler of its kind, the software’s customized algorithms take into account the entire health practice or hospital department’s needs and preferences, including specialties, roles, and vacations and days off in automatically generating the physician and/ or staff schedule.
By eliminating the need for complex Excel Spreadsheets, sticky notes, and dozens of phone calls and emails to build the next schedule block, Momentum TM Physician and Staff Scheduler optimizes the workflow enhancing efficiency and productivity, and leaving more time to dedicate to patient care.
Momentum TM Physician and Staff Scheduler is a web-based application. The software learns scheduling rules, staff attributes, how often a staff member can work, demand, and so many other factors. This efficient solution works also works across multiple locations within one practice or organization.
A central request repository through which staff can enter requests shows how much vacation allowance a person has already used, making it easy to review and manage requests through the software itself, ensuring a fair schedule is compiled.
User-friendly features of the Momentum TM Staff Scheduler software include the option to view a variety of reports about demand fulfillment and equity analysis, filtering using different fields and color-coding for each staff member, so they can be easily recognized on the system’s many different views: tabular, calendar, manager, overall, weekly, etc.
Furthermore, the Momentum TM Staff Scheduler can automatically audit assignments and unassigned positions, finding scheduling problems quickly. There is also a rule compliance check and manual changes can be made in case a rule must be broken.
“Momentum TM Physician and Staff Scheduler also enables flexible representation of training, credentials, privileges and other factors,” Kerpelman said, “which uniquely positions it for intelligent patient appointment scheduling soon available in its companion product, MomentumTM Patient Scheduler.”
Bio-Optronics’ reputation for excellent customer support is an important part of the Momentum TM solution so that changes in a healthcare business, for example when a new staff member is hired, can be quickly integrated into the software solution with little disruption to the day-to-day life of the practice. “The product will grow even faster when we introduce its companion systems: MomentumTM Patient Scheduler and MomentumTM Real-Time Workflow Manager later this year and early next year respectively,” Kerpelman said.

Clinical Conductor Site Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Improves Clinical Trial Productivity at Research Sites
Clinical Conductor Site Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Improves Clinical Trial Productivity at Research Sites
Bio-Optronics, Inc. (Rochester, NY), a leader in healthcare workflow software, announces that its Clinical Conductor Site Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) continues to improve productivity for investigative clinical research sites, particularly in the areas of patient recruitment, advertising ROI, scheduling, and financial management.
Patient recruitment continues to be an area of concern for clinical trials. Clinical Conductor Site CTMS helps improve recruitment efficiency by providing the tools to leverage existing patient databases, easily track advertising ROI, and implement web-based virtual recruitment. At Rochester Clinical Research, "All aspects of recruiting have changed," states Pat Larrabee, President and CEO. "We target and manage our patient population, and are quicker at identifying patients for studies, even difficult ones." She adds, "Clinical Conductor has changed where we put our advertising dollars. We know what’s working and what’s not." Other sites parallel this experience and some have even gained additional sponsor funding using metrics on the effectiveness of ads.
Clinical Conductor helps sites improve productivity by centralizing information and providing real-time access from multiple locations. At Clinical Research Advantage, scheduling, study status, staffing, and financial management have become more efficient. Eric Levie, Chief Technology Officer states "We’re able to balance staff load better, budget better, and, with real-time data, have an accurate snapshot of the profitability of a study." He adds, "Previously, we used hundreds of spreadsheets, and it took a great deal of time to gather the information needed for payments. Now, stipend payments are issued with a few clicks, and with QuickBooks integration there’s no duplicate entry."
Single-site and multi-site clinical research organizations, and those converting from manual spreadsheets and other CTMS systems, are realizing gains. Experiencing 150% year-on-year growth, Clinical Conductor delivers a comprehensive workflow solution. Designed by clinical trial research sites for clinical trial research sites, it handles everything from patient databases and recruitment, to visit planning and scheduling, financial management, and complete oversight and reporting, and is backed by a recognized customer support team.
Bio-Optronics will exhibit Clinical Conductor at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) 2009 Global Conference and Exhibition this April in Denver, Colorado, and will be speaking and exhibiting at MAGI’s Clinical Research Conference 2009 East in Miami, Florida at the end of May.

NEW bioPoint™ ID Nursing Home Visitor Software Cost-Effectively Enhances Security and Peace-of-Mind
Bio-Optronics, Inc., a leader in healthcare workflow software, announces bioPoint™ ID Nursing Home Visitor – comprehensive, easy-to-use, visitor badge and tracking software that enhances security and provides the tools for pro-active security management.
Many nursing homes ask visitors and contractors to sign in using manual log books, or not at all. Capturing information is inconsistent and time-consuming. It is difficult to know whether someone should be in a facility, and it is almost impossible to look for alarming patterns or flag restricted visitors.
Bio-Optronics President & CEO, Dan Kerpelman, states "bioPoint™ ID visitor system empowers the front desk to keep an eye on who is coming and going, and provides extensive analytics and predictive tools to identify alarming patterns, and enhance security."
"A database maintains information for records management, and provides a complete audit trail," adds Kerpelman. "In addition, capabilities extend to parking permits and staff badges if desired."
bioPoint™ ID Nursing Home Visitor software electronically logs and audits visitor activity and prints customized badges, including photos and alerts. The front desk captures visitor information through intuitive screens or a driver’s license scan. The system stores a complete log of all visitors and who has been visited. There is no duplicate entry and the data is always available.
bioPoint™ ID Nursing Home Visitor is a cost-effective, hosted software solution to manage security and enhance the safety and satisfaction of nursing home residents, families, and staff.

NEW Momentum™ Physician and Staff Scheduling Software for Imaging Centers, OB/GYN, and Other Specialty Practices Improves Productivity and Equity in Scheduling
Bio-Optronics, Inc., a leader in healthcare workflow software, announces Momentum™ Physician and Staff Scheduler, an intelligent, hosted software solution that can handle simultaneously the most intricate demands, personal requests, and fairness in scheduling, to build the best schedule for all concerned.
Physician and healthcare staff scheduling is a complex process. Staffing needs are skill-set dependent and non-uniform.
Bio-Optronics President & CEO, Dan Kerpelman, states "Highly skilled personnel are spending a great deal of time gathering requests, creating schedules, and cycling through multiple iterations trying to meet all needs. Optimal and equitable schedules are not always achieved. There’s a clear opportunity to assist physicians and administrative staff in building schedules that meet demand, have the right skill set mix, equitably handle vacation and other personal requests, and can be updated easily for any changes."
Momentum™ scheduler is the only solution designed for multiple specialty practices and diagnostic imaging centers, by real end-users. It is easy to use and is customized for each customer’s scheduling approach and needs.
A unique algorithm takes into account business rules, demand, and personal requests, and automatically builds a "fair" schedule. Portals make it easy to enter, view, and approve requests.
"The software actually learns and evolves with each site’s use," Kerpelman adds. "And schedules can be generated, and re-generated, at the click of a button."
Momentum™ Scheduler saves weeks of time building schedules, leaving more time for patient care. It improves productivity, drives staff satisfaction, and automatically ensures fairness, with the proof points behind it.

Enhanced Clinical Conductor Virtual Recruiter Module Launches
We are pleased to introduce the latest add-on module for Clinical Conductor – Virtual Recruiter.
This easy to use, web-based recruitment module enables sites to use the web to pre-qualify potential study participants in much the same manner as a live recruiter, gaining access to new volunteers at significantly lower cost. Your staff can then focus their energy on the value-added task of enrolling pre-qualified recruits directly into studies, or simply adding them to the patient list for future consideration.
The screening questions are highly configurable and can be as detailed or high-level as desired. And, all information collected through Virtual Recruiter is retained for review by your staff and automatic population into Clinical Conductor when you’re ready.
Virtual Recruiter was developed with input from Clinical Conductor users, and we’re confident you’ll see improved recruitment results, whether you’re a small site doing a few studies per year, or one who recruits for dozens of studies at a time. It’s like having a recruiter in place 24 hours a day, every single day of the year.
Please contact us for a demonstration and price quotation. Once you see this product, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Clinical Conductor™ CTMS Surpasses the 100th Customer Mark
Bio-Optronics’ Clinical Conductor division achieved a significant milestone this past week, surpassing the 100th customer mark.
Clinical Conductor Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is now being used by 106 customers, in more than 370 trial sites. Since its launch in January 2007, Clinical Conductor has been the fastest growing site CTMS on the market, with 150% year-on-year growth. Over 3,100 studies are now managed with Clinical Conductor software, which has also recently expanded to the European market.
This growth rate has been influenced strongly by the fact that the software is easy to use, covers all the functionality a site requires, and is backed by an unparalleled customer support team. Whether converting from an existing CTMS, or a manual operation, Clinical Conductor is quick to deliver benefits.
Betsy Harris, CCRC, of Sterling Research Group, states, "Clinical Conductor has helped to streamline our operations and provide us with metrics to evaluate our studies and staff. We are able to more accurately track study participants and the status of ongoing and upcoming studies. We are able to provide sponsors with a more accurate assessment of our capabilities and of our needs for future studies. We have been able to get more advertising funding from some sponsors because we have the metrics to show how effective our recruitment methods are. We are also impressed by the Clinical Conductor Support Team. They have been wonderful to work with."
Bio-Optronics has a strong history of designing and enhancing its portfolio of products to meet customer needs in healthcare and clinical research workflow. The proven benefits Clinical Conductor delivers to existing sites will continue to fuel a strong growth rate.
